What if my token balance or my earnings displayed in my Wallet are incorrect?

Please don't worry, we'll sort it out. If you believe that your token balance or any other data that you see in your Wallet is incorrect, simply let us know through the Live Chat or by sending an email at [email protected], and we'll look into it.
Also, please know the following:
- all data (i.e. your balance, earnings, and payments) in your Wallet is updated once a week. One of the reasons why you might see incorrect data is simply because the most recent data hasn't been updated yet.
- the current version of your Wallet is still an early version, and as such, there might be some technical bugs that we haven't identified and fixed yet. In this case, we apologize in advance and kindly ask you for your patience and understanding.
- we (i.e. the humans of the Wellnio team) manually update and audit all wallet data (a lot of data) and as such, some human mistakes might happen that could make the data in your Wallet incorrect. In this case, we apologize in advance and kindly ask you for your patience and understanding.
Please always let us know whenever you see something suspicious or incorrect in your Wallet, or anywhere else in the Wellnioverse.
