How do I request a refund?

To request a refund for any purchase you've made recently, simply send us a short message through the Live Chat widget on the Wellnio website, or by sending an email message at [email protected].

If you're qualified for a refund, we will initiate your refund immediately after receiving your request, and you will see the refunded amount as a credit in your bank account approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon your bank.
